This place has welcomed my family and I with warm hospitality, generosity, and empathy. We were literally homeless (outside all day and sleeping in the airport) waiting for Help of Southern Nevada to approve my application for rental deposit assistance. The management team has gone about and beyond to ensure that my family was able to move in despite various setbacks throughout my application process. I couldn't be more greatfull to have found genuinely good people here.

Desiree was so amazing. When I got to the complex to see if I There were any available units I had already been beaten down and took for a alot of money from 6 other complexes. She was hands on and caring and kept in touch every step of the way. She showed compassion and let me know that she cares and I'm excited to be a tenant

Silver Creek apts have been good to me so far. The new managers are awesome and I appreciate them. They both have great personalities!!

I love living here, the apartments are so nice and the leasing office is always so helpful. Anytime I go in I ask for desiree because she is always on top of everything. Very nice complex and convenient stores nearby as well
