We were literally homeless (outside all day and sleeping in the airport) waiting for Help of Southern Nevada to approve my application for rental deposit assistance. The management team has gone about and beyond to ensure that my family was able to move in despite various setbacks throughout my application process. I couldn't be more greatfull to have found genuinely good people here.

Desiree was so amazing. When I got to the complex to see if I There were any available units I had already been beaten down and took for a alot of money from 6 other complexes. I Rarely if ever leave reviews but I have to say that Carmelia and Desiree have been going above and beyond with guiding me through the application process and are genuinely kind and helpful the property is clean and quiet latitudepmgmt and silver creek apartments are standing on Good Business amongst a lot of unprofessional scammers collecting fees and taking advantage of people so thanks a bunch for being the exception

I have lived here since 2003 and have seen a lot of managers come and go. The new manager Carmelia is the BEST and is so helpful. I have a truck that was tagged and was going to get towed and she was nice enough to give me a little more time by offering a parking pass. I will be taking care of it soon but I appreciate her kindness and understanding. Maintenance does great as well.

When I found this place I was scared, almost in a panic after just losing my mother, I reached out to Silver Creek and got Desiree on the line. She made the process so easy for me through my grieving process plus me constantly working. She showed so much empathy it absolutely sold me on the property. I can't say a bad thing about this place. Any time I have a question or concern Desiree will contact me back almost right away. I had an issue with my parking spot once and she personally came to handle the situation. I haven't needed any maintenance as of yet to my unit but I see the gentleman constantly working around the property to make it a great place to live. I hope to call this place home for a long time.

Looked at this place the other day and it was what I need. perfect location to my job. but they don’t have 1 bedroom. The manger still showed me around the place and showed me a empty apartment and it was so nice. I really hope they get a 1 bedroom soon cause this is perfect and the manger lady was real helpful

Prior to doing a tour of the of the apartment, I called a few times to ask questions and always ended up talking to Jordynn. She was very helpful and friendly. So I ended up calling back to schedule a tour for the apartment and got a chance to have Jordynn give me the tour. She was amazing! Great customer service skills! The property from what I saw was neat and clean, and I loved the unit she showed me. I ended up filling out the application.

me and my wife apply january 26 2022, they said there is available unit on march 24, after all the process/paperworks they did, they said we are approved, we came back march 16 to verify and they told us to apply for electricity and gas cause we are ready to move in by march 24, after all had been set up here we come excited to move in, we came back march 23 just to find out their staff/employee quit and now our application is not submitted, so did another reprocess of our paperworks until now our application still pending, its sad that our belongin/furniture/appliances is in the garrage of my brothers house we sleep in couch for 3 weeks until now dated april 20, 2022 our application still pending,

I am reviewing these as 5 star because today when I called Elizabeth in the office answered my call promptly and was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and even told me things such as how far my commute to work would be.... alternative routes to take to work and things nearby. I am hoping I can move in these apartments...and will update my review when I actually move in.
